7 account bit farm, 2 banned instantly when I logged in

Sticky situation here...

Woke up this morning to start up my bots (I sleep them at night)

I have 3 laptops and run 1 account on my main laptop, 3 accounts each on my other 2 laptops.

Started by logging into my first account, DC'd literally 2 seconds after logging in, account disabled message when I tried logging in. Logged into another account right after and the same thing happened.

Fired up a VPN and logged into a third account. The account was fine, was able to bank everything and run around for several minutes.

Assuming my IP is flagged which is why the accounts were instabanned when I logged into my comp and fine when using a VPN, so is there anything I can do to salvage the other 5 accounts? (6 including my mule)

Tribot, premium script. Was running 1 combat bot and 6 thieving bots, not sure which got caught. (Probably the combat since I've botted over 80m thieving xp with no bans)

Accounts are probably fucked unless you just leave them for a few months/year.


Try to use the VPN to get as much gold off as possible though. The accounts are an unfortunate loss :/

Not true at all. Just because thousands of people use a script doesn't make it any more detectable (in most cases). Scripts have enough randomness built into them to make each run/instance seem different enough. There are TONS of scripts run by 1,000s of people for long periods of time just fine.

RiD (the bot) is decent as best, and a large amount of their claims are just marketing mumbo jumbo and BS.

This makes absolutely no sense at all.
Jagex cares a lot about IP addresses, they do chain/linked bans based on IP addresses, which is often times why when you get 1 account banned, many of the other accounts on the same IP also get banned regardless if they broken any rules.
And using a premium script (if doing by your previous claim would mean he's than the 1,000s of others all using the same script(s).

Just listen to yourself, how can you say using a premium/paid script make you more susceptible to a ban? And how can you refute that Jagex links accounts/bans by IP, if you hang around the scene enough it's a known fact that they do.

 

Was this on 07 or RS3?

Yeah, that's what I was kinda wondering. The VPN I use right now is a free one which I was using for my mule (Just didn't want it linked to my home address and wasn't trading large amounts of RSGP so figured it'd be fine)

Not sure if changing my IP address would work because I'm not sure if they flagged my specific IP address (i.e. ABC123456.789) or a specific string of numbers in the beginning (if I were to change my IP address it'd be something like ABC123456.788, but if they flagged the ABC123456 part it wouldn't matter)

Regarding the IP/botwatch thing I'm not sure if that's right. If my accounts were flagged for running a script wouldn't they all be instabanned regardless of what IP I'm on? I did only log into 3 accounts total out of 7 (8 if you count my mule) and 2 were instabanned on my home IP and the one I logged into on a VPN was okay. I've just been checking the hiscores to see if they were banning them regardless of whether or not I logged in and they seem to be okay.

 

You really are just making this shit up, if you had any idea how bots or bot detection systems worked, you would know that that simply isn't possible.

Snow Patrol's IP is flagged, pretty much all he can do is use a VPN and transfer/sell the gold and start over.

 

Lol there is no way for jagex to write a "script" that detects a certain bot. Good bots will have enough anti-ban in place to make that completely impossible. Yes it is possible to visually see that someone is a bot, but having a system in place that detects it? They don't, other then possibly play time.

 

There is only one way of completely separating yourself from the whole IP flagging system. RiD's Guidelines have included this information for years:

4: Preferably, don't bot on an account or IP address with a bad offense or botting history. Jagex have a system for tracking offenders. Simply changing IP or changing account, won't get you off the hook. If you are in the wrong place at the wrong time, botting in an area J-Mods are investigating (especially if you are in botting long hours), Jagex can get trigger happy with known cheaters. The longer ago your offense was, the less likely it can be successfully tracked.

You can wipe your macro offense history clean with the following steps:

(1) Retire/sell ALL your current RuneScape accounts - even those with no offenses. (Harsh, but essential if you want a fresh start)
(2) Change IP address.
(3) Create a new account on your clean IP address. It won't take long to build an account you love with RID, if you prefer to buy rather than start again, be aware someone else's offense history will then be connected to your fresh IP.
(4) DO NOT buy membership with the same card as you did any old accounts, (unless via PayPal, which sheilds card details from Jagex). (5) Lastly: never again login to ANY old account on your new IP, even to the appeal centre. If you do, Jagex will be able to link the old offense to your fresh IP and account.

Those two accounts you logged in on were already banned. Using a VPN will not help you in this situation. You should log on to each one and see which ones are banned.

 

Well everyone is wondering why they're banned, yet nobody has any clue what botwatch is.

Botwatch looks at your actions in the game. Not your IP address.

I give up.

 

Botwatch has nothing to do with what you do in game, botwatch only auto bans you if you do things like

1. Log onto a blacklisted IP
2. Log in through a cheating client they can detect.

I don't know why you think botwatch can do super miraculous things like Jagex can click on one person using a script and ban thousands of people using the same script.

make sure to change ur ip and dont use any accounts that u used before. I got banned on 6 accs before, but had 1 that didn't get banned and kept botting on it, and they banned all my accs again, but they left one lol

 

Try changing IP address then if that fails, decide whether or not you should remake bots. :/

Please stop putting out incorrect information. If you're going to state a fact, provide evidence. Everything Jagex has said about this, that video of Jacmob scripting Botwatch in real time, and my own account bans confirm everything listed.
