Recovery tests are only possible now if you email jagex about that your account was hi-jacked and they will remove email from it
You cant remove it yourself
Having no registered mail is only way to perform recovery test except emailing JaGeX
95% of recovery tests are IP based, in my Middlemanning career I middlemanned quite lot of account trades. Never had even one successful recovery test. Only if it was performed on original owner's IP

He has only lost it due to being inactive.
