Buying xbox 360 and possibly games

Interested in a 250gb Xbox 360 or 320gb special edition halo 4. If you want to sell a regular slim, I want at least 1 controller with it and the wires. If it's the Halo 4 special edition, I want everything that comes with it, the game doesn't matter though.

As for games that I want to buy, right now I'm interested in black ops 2 and world at war, in the future I may want more but for now, that is all.
