Who chooses partners and isn't 15 designers more than enough?

 

You're offering a graphic and web design service, yet hiring Kinaesthic to design your website? That's your first problem there.

 

I'm looking for professional coding and site design i have a few partners but i haven't started hiring designers either way i would end up paying for a design

Edit- @ bglave i expect high traffic, so 10+ designers would be useful but i guess time will tell how many i will need

Not particularly, do you think the owners of graphics or web design firms do all of the design work personally? Of course not.

All that he is doing is facilitating the interaction between the buyer and the graphics artist. If the website is professional looking enough and the seo is done correctly it has the potential to attract real business outside of sythe. Leading to both the partner, the graphics artist, and the customer to all come out ahead. Of course that is relying on this being executed properly.
