    RWT Ban Rate

Has there been an increase in RWT bans lately? I talked to Kevin001 via Skype and he is only buying EoC gold when he has an order because of the banning. So is it safe to trade a few bills between a couple accounts now or is that going to get you banned now? I want real information not just opinions, like if you've recently been getting re-set or banned a lot more than usual, or if you know someone who's been getting banned for RWT a lot more than usual.

Damn so my suspicions are true, is there anyway to decrease your likely hood of being banned? Like, a VPN or a method of transferring? Jagex must have started focusing on accounts more closely instead of just tracking IP's

I too would like some advice about decreasing your likely hood of being banned for RWT.

I hear that using a known VPN/VPS can get your flagged for RWT REALLY quickly. I assume they track IPs of large trades to see if it happens frequently and they probably would ban both parties.

So keep away from VPNs I guess?

    No.

Opt to use non Runescape frequented/used VPN's and VPS'. If you're smart about it, and take the necessary precautions aswell as conduct the appropriate research into what to use, you'll be significantly better off.

How is one supposed to know if it is a runescape frequented VPN/S?

Research. Ask around. Don't use a mainstream widely used one(s). Opt for ones that cost more, and are more business orientated, opposed to gaming orientated.

Yeah the ban rate is decent, my seller account got banned, but had no gp on it. It was a 14 day ban.

I'm probably just going to stay away from the gold market at the moment. I'll take whatever gold I get and flip it instantly. Hopefully in the near future the ban rate will lower down.

it's not only goldsellers buy EoC whenever they got an order. ofcourse they risk alot if they buy bulk and keep that for couple days and hope to get rid off it. the market in EoC is getting slow at the moment for longer than a week so far i can see. it's been dropping also, so it's kind of a profit risk aswell. i would personally also buy untill i got an order because i don't want to stick with 2b+ gold while i'm no getting orders for a while. maybe that's their reason aswell, who knows.

    RWT Ban Rate

It appears that the ban rate is quite high, most people I know that deal with large amounts of gold being traded have faced bans. It appears that the initial ban is smaller, 14 days with the gold being wiped.
