Ive reset a few times, but ive fapped no where as near often as i did. But ive decided to stop now that ive started working out.

 

I gave up fk it I do it like once ever 3 days

 

Yeah in the first week I worked out I found that alongside working out I didn't really have any urges. Coincidentally, going to be purchasing a bench to chuck in our new garage when it can fit in like a fortnight and that will be day 1 lol.

After like 5-6 days, at the last few hours, I snapped. Someone said that if you started on October 3, you will hit the 90 day period on New Year. I held myself together for a few days when I heard of it till a few hours before the 3rd.

I only decided to post now so it wouldnt give anyone the idea to reset. Guess Ill be the only one to reboot on new year where Id like to turn over a new leaf.

Like I've said before it's a placebo effect. There's nothing wrong with NoFap but don't let it shoot your confidence if or when you rebound. Everything you feel capable of on a streak you're capable of without NoFap. I've tried everything and the inky thing I can recommend is mag glycinate and vitamin d suppliments. The rest is perspective and inner confidence.
