i've been banned a few times for this, ,but let me explain the dillio



when viou was banned sythe knew that all the top gold sellers did the same thing viou did, and decided to let it go, they then kept viou banned by stating the guide he was sellig tought people how ot buy stolen goods, which it did not, it taught you how to not get cahrged back by scammers more or less.



long story short, viou was made a example of and people got to weasel out of bans. which is why i don't market on this site anymore, hell even inphernus is still allwoed to market here whem it clearly states the use of pin lines sin't allowed and everyone on this site knows he uses them as he has stated it before, but they don't ban him because well dat donor status.

It's the fact that you still did it back when all this was going on, the reason amnesty was given was because you were caught, if someone such as Arcus was caught for this I can guarantee he would have been banned, maybe he would have been unbanned when you and gold4rs got caught but the fact is amnesty wouldn't have been granted if others had been caught.

 

People banned me today for a dispute that was dealt with in February, without checking the evidence. Even smurfs on RaS wouldn't get banned for the shit I got banned for today

Also I highly doubt either of them want to return, and on the case of just un dude the only reason he's staying banned is because a lot of the staff have personal grudges against him.
