    This is extremely unlikely to happen. Fmod/Pmod account very rarely change hands, usually due to the security precautions taken by Jagex.

    The players receive information from Jagex IRL in the post, including a very long code on a piece of paper, they could ALWAYS use this to A, recover the account or B, have it's moderator privileges removed.

    Also, if you trade a Pmod/Fmod account cross-country or further, don't you think Jagex would notice?

    I'm not saying it doesn't happen, it does. But it's tricky. And the last successful trade I saw was for about 4b.

    I've seen pmod accounts sold for much less and you tell jagex that you're moving to explain the change of IPs but thank you for the advice, I'll be patient on my hunt for the account
