There's no proof he knew the items where stolen, he stated he did research on the other user after the issue.

 

He doesn't give a fuck where the gp came from,
the only reason he brough this up is as an excuse to get him banned/not having to pay (if his account was still banned)

and this is excluding the fact someone randomly gets 3 bans + unbans without any gp resets

I mean be honest... EVERYONE knows that EVERY gold buyer/seller (at least the big ones) buy hacked gold. The hacked gold has to go somewhere. You'd have to ban them all. I mean I have proof of all these gold sellers buying hacked gold from people they should know are hackers... but who cares. It poses no risk to the end user. Jagex even stated that.

Agree 100% seems like some people can get away with anything aslong as they friends with a mod/admin, he knows the guy is/was a hacker makes not report and buys his gold...

Account gets 3 bans within 10 minutes, and is unbanned without any reset in the gp/items.

Also, since when does Jagex reply/read emails or ban appeals?

Seems it was automated accept. We put that the account was stolen in the appeal. I agree that it is fortunate, but keep in mind that no GP left the account before the ban.
