I know there used to be a thread somewhere about when buying graphics, what to do, to make sure you own FULL rights to the item that you purchase, to use it for a professional organization or something along those lines.

    Thanks nero.

Could you put insight on what maybe we should ask for once we purchased a vectorized logo, i know they make stuff for us and put their logo on it, and i mean any artist would do that, but as an org. we don't have to do that since we paid for the logo, correct?

If you paid for it then it is yours. They could put their logo on it to for advertisement, but since it is your and if you didn't agree to it then it shouldn't be included. If you're talking about as a watermark then no, if you paid there shouldn't be any sort of watermark on it.
