Alching

What are good items to high alch on 07 rs that will make a little bit of gp or at least break even?

 

I don't think (or at lest when I played) you can EVER make money from Alching?

When I looked just now, maple longbow (U)'s where the best with only 148gp~ loss

Which is 2.2gp per xp.

 

There were a few items you could profit on, it was either patched or others caught on.

 

Hmm... Ok, what are some items with the lowest losses then?

They wouldn't patch it, the price for that item would just go up from a bunch of people trying to buy them.

 

I think that in RuneScape especially, time is money, so I alched fire runes because I could get a hold of like 48k of them instantly.

Unstrung bows are usually the best way to try to go in terms of minimizing loss.

 

I think maple , yew and magic longs are best to go but idk if u will prpfit

 

yew long is a near 200 gp loss i calced, i calced magic longs arent as bad but their so expensive your limited to how many you can purchase unless your swimming in gps... i myself am looking for a nice item to alch for 94 mage tryin to minimize losses

I could buy 1000 yew longs off some noob for extremely cheap and possibly make a profit.

Typically higher priced items have a lower gp/loss. Things like D-Hide bodies/Addy plates, but you'd be hard pressed to find people selling a large enough amount

 

This. Honestly it's not like you'll lose THAT much gp, so you might as well just get a shitton of runes and alch those. If anything, you can go to seers bank in w301/w302 and there's where you'll usually find the most people selling unstrung bows and whatnot.

i did firerunes coz i botted it lol and got nats for 240 each same with alching yewlongs tbh
