Reason for TWC: Lieing, giving false information.

Well i made a deal with this user over skype to buy the guide for $10. i only had $2 in skype so eventually we agreed on him selling the guide for $2 and $8 in 4 days time.

before buying the guide i asked him via PM if i needed to be over 18 to make money from this guide he replied no. here is the pm as proof


Secondly in his thread users ask some questions if it the ebay re-selling type of stuff? and he replied no. another asking if a website is needed, and chaseolio replies No just a paypal account.

you can see just by the intro of the guide a paypal account is NEEDED.
and Chaseolio says just a PAYPAL.

also now the 2nd guy who asks if its the ebay re-selling type of stuff he says no its not. and it clearly IS.
i think that makes this twc worthy.

finally i sent him a pm before buying the guide asking if i had to be over 18 to make money from the guide he replied no. and to even list items on ebay you need to be 18 with a verified paypal account.

i can send proof of that aswell if requested.

but i think what ive said so far is enough for a twc or maybe a temp ban.. as this user is conning people out of their money.

he also has a little dicing game. where you bet $10 if you win you get the guide if you loose you pay $10.

to those that lost they got scammed because this is totally fake..

he owes me $2 which i paid for the guide upfront.
and i personally think he should re-pay everyone who lost. and everyone who is unhappy with the guide, but that is upto the staff.

Hey everyone, it's Chase. I recently came into contact with the member Rawted. He kept pestering me via PM about my guide, and I finally agreed to sell him it for a measely $1.80 to get him off of my back. I did tell him that you just needed a Paypal account for the requirements, however he started to complain due to the fact that you need an eBay account as well. I tried reasoning with him, however he is very stubborn. The only reason I said the only requirement for my guide is a paypal account is due to the fact that an eBay account CAN only be made if you have a Paypal account in the first place, and I didn't want to give out too much info about my guide. He was mad he couldn't use the guide, so I promptly refunded him, however he started to blackmail me and posted a report:

He demanded 40m RSGP from me on Skype for him to remove the report. I told him to chill out for a moment, and the 40m soon changed to 100m. I haven't done anything wrong, and he is now holding me up on Skype saying he will repost the thread if I do not pay him. I have refunded him as he cannot use the method, and I'm not sure what to do. On his report, he also unjustly leaked my guide's summary. Here are some screenshots from Skype. I can upload more if needed.

can this please be looked into, im 100% sure this is twc worthy, ive seen this not as bad as this receive twc.

but if he doesnt get a twc just because hes a $100 sdonor which i think will happen that is very stupid

This is not TWC worthy. You bought the guide to see what it is/was about. He doesn't have to refund you as he was not selling a patched/free method.

Please learn to not blackmail someone in order to get what you want. From the proof that he provided, you are the one who deserves a TWC here.

On the note of age: It is assumed that you are 18 due to it being in the terms and conditions of Paypal. How is Chase responsible for you breaking their terms?

Edit: Chase, please consider this a warning as well. Please try to get into contact with users who have bought you guide and issue them a refund. It has been brought to my attention that the method you were selling is freely distributed on the net.
