This account also has a decent OSRS account, nothing too fancy but it's decent and has 70-100 QP[Can't remember on the dot], but it has monkey madness\lost city finished and RFD started. Regarding the RS3 account, if you want to know if a specific(s) quests are finished just ask, lots of them are.
