Admin assistance (donor perks)

I received the pm from Matthew regarding the approval of the perk. I was told it can some times take time so I waited. It's been over 12 hours and my custom rank is still the same. I also checked if it was pending and it isn't.

will I honestly have to wait another 2 weeks meaning I will have to wait 1 month just to get my custom rank perk working?

 

What exactly did the pm say? It could be something as simple as the images were not properly sized. I know personally I got the approval for all but one of my UI's but it said the changes were approved. I will leave this to a global/admin who may understand this better.

That PM says your custom USER TITLE has been approved, not your custom RANK.

 

I got the same pm 4 times for User Images and Custom Ranks. Don't know why, but you get it like that now.

I'm having the same problem here. My user image took me about an hour to appear and my custom rank still hasn't shown for about the same time as you. Maybe it takes a while longer.

Also, at times the server confuses the two or something and sends the wrong branch of a PM. Many a times I've never requested a user title change, but instead have requested a UI change. I then receive a PM stating my user title has been changed.

When that does happen, I generally just PM Matthew back and within a few minutes it's sorted out.

 

When you get that pm from Matthew, the user image/custom rank you've requested is actually cleared. Usually meaning it was taken care of.

I guess the issue here is whether it was done correctly or how long is it suppose to take.

 

urm no. because I had no user title change pending. It always displays that message even if its a ui or custom rank change.

yeah I hope so.. if an admin can confirm or something will be better as we wont have to assume what the problem may be.

 

I remember I had my UI pending once and I checked the day before if it was the correct one since I had to make a change as the previous was declined. The next day all UI's where updated and mine wasn't changed. I looked back and it seems that the one that was pending was mysteriously deleted ? never the less, 1 weeks later it got approved lol.

 

Mine said user title as well, even when it updated my user image, so it doesn't matter..

Only Matthew could help with this as having a new rank means adding a new image to the server, which only tech administrators can do. I don't think Govind manages that much of the donation centre so your best bet is to PM Matthew, however I hear he's busy with stuff irl right now.

 

No one can help you with this except Matthew. He's the only one that does donor ranks. PM him and wait. Closed.
