Selling Steam account worth ~$1500

I am in need of some money really badly so I decided to sell my Steam account which have about 150 games and is worth atleast $1500 according to SteamDB.info and SteamGauge.

The price for the account is only 200 USD through Paypal, but if quick deal I will charge you only 150 USD for the account.

I don't have all pops as I have cleared my email, but I have some paypal receipts and such.
Also I have all the digital keys.

 

One more quick suggestion, I would personally block out my email address and steam name for safety reasons.

Also one question: The VAC Says protected by Steam Guard as of today's date so you created the account and bought all the games today? Would you accept a OMM providing I pay the fee's?

 

No, the account is old, but I decided to reactivate steam guard for security reasons today. The account is from about 2011, but I started using it in maybe the beginning of 2013.

What's OMM? If it's middleman, yeah, sure, but it must be a trusted middleman from the forum.
