It should be deleted and archived. Reporting post immadiately.
It can get your paypal account banned and limited. I do not suggest doing this

This used to be done awhile back but it effects your paypal in a very negative way. Thats why people don't do it anymore

Claim and cancel methods leaves your Paypal at risk of being limited. There really isn't any true way to protect yourself against Chargebacks (unless you're using Playerauctions). The user could still dispute the charge with their bank/ credit card provider. I'm sure Paypal is aware of these 'Claim and Cancel' methods and have ways to determine if indeed 'unauthorised access' to some ones account has occurred.

I've asked Paypal before on the phone if they take the information provided to them regarding unauthorised access cases into consideration and they said they usually don't. They look to see if the user has a past history of chargebacks and how often they log into various locations.

    tl;dr claim and cancel - doesn't work.

if you send an invoice for someone to pay via paypal, can that also be disputed?

Of course, I would assume that would be like paying for items on Ebay or other Paypal accepted places :O?
