has anyone tried this workout before? the 90 day challenge? i'm going to give it a go in a couple of weeks, also following the diet with it, has anyone experienced it, and got any results/tips to share?
Apparently it's a very hard, intense work out; prepare to be fatigued. Look on YouTube; there's plenty of before and after vids on there. Good luck, I may join you one day!
It's fucking hard. I don't care who you are or how fit you are. But as long as you try to do it and push your self you will see results. It's reveresed hits training. Instead of doing a couple seconds of burst high intensity and a long cooldown its a long burst of high intensity and a short cooldown. if you can make your self do it, it does work. But can you kill your self every day? how bad do you want it?
It's very, very hard. I've tried this while I was very fit, and while I was quite unfit. It makes very little difference, I don't suggest for a second you can't do it - just be prepared. Good luck!
thanks for your response, i'm not too fit myself, so it may be a challenge, but i'm super motivated and will try my hardest with it and yeah, i want it really bad, i'll post before and after pics should i succeed
