[Selling] Combat Level 198, 4x99, all stats above 60! Untrimmed HP Cape[Selling]

I'm Brand new to the forums so I understand all the dramas, concerns and what not about trading with a "newbie". I'll keep it simple. If you are trusted I will go first, otherwise we will use an MM/OMM. I'm Looking for EoC for a new skiller or PayPal (if you are trusted). I don't have any A/W so feel free to bid away. Account has a few decent items, no cash but can make it fairly easy, 194 QP, as well as an untrimmed HP cape. As you'll see all stats (except for divination) are above 60. If I left anything else out, feel free to let me know. More pictures can be shown upon request!
I am not the original owner, however I've had the account for about a year. When I bought the account I got any and all information necessary for a new owner and all will be provided. E-Mail on the account will be changed to the new owner's as well.
