I'm sorry that I wasn't going to risk a charge-back on my account, as you would have been in possession of the original email address- there would have been no possible way for me to recover.

Hopefully the adjustment in skill will make the account more appealing to those in more trustworthy positions. I'd rather accept $30 offer from a trusted member, than $50 from you with the chance of charge back.
