You should do what LeakingLava did; Start off by doing a few bits and bobs for free. That way, you get your vouches. Make sure you take screenshots of the jobs you do. When you have a few under your belt, you could then slowly start to increase your prices.
Not saying you have to... But in all honesty it's probably sensible.
