is osbot anysafe?

i just recently started 07 again and wondering if jagex actually is straight with there threats?
Like osbot is the ban rate any high?

I believe osbot has a pretty high ban rate, but I'm not positive on that one.

 

In general, botting is much more dangerous now regardless of what bot you use. It really depends on what you are botting, e.g., yew cutters will get banned more often than pest control bots.

 

RID users got caught so Osbot has no chance.

 

Hmm ok i've been botting for like 2 days now but was talking and had control didnt leave it for a second, will i be in any danger?

 

OSBot hacks you and get you banned, but if you want to get hacked and banned I think it is the perfect software for you

nope RID doesn't work on clients from what I have heard

 

I'm pretty sure OSbot has had a few database leaks. TWC really :/
They're still new and up and coming. I guess they're still trying to find their legit moderators who don't leak everyone's user details.

Well, im not going to risk anything for while, rather legit for some time now untill there are some flawless paid bots

 

Why don't you use Tribot? It is the most established 07 bot client.

 

I've been using OSbot and nothing happened so far.

 

Not a fan of OSbot. Did a virus scan on it and found tons of viruses -.-

 

Rid>Powerbot>Osbot

All 3 are detectable so...

As for being safe, not sure. Never used the client myself, but heard a lot of complaints about it. I wouldn't even bot for now.

 

database leaks don't get leaked by moderators because they don't have access to the user files. most common cause is that the forum got SQL injected in / a vuln had been found and it got exploited.

 

RID is legit, Powerbot is good, and OSbot is pretty decent also. You just have to experiment man. Obviously use common sense, that's all I have to say. Take breaks in between and don't always trust all the bots out there... Like these guys mentioned some have viruses so just be careful. Good luck!
