How many hours do you sleep every night?

Now I sleep around 6-8 hours. Still, cannot sleep early and always go to sleep at 12-2am everyday.

 

Depends. But if it's less than 6hrs, I become a bitch.

On average i sleep about 4-5 hours at night. then i take a hour nap during the day after university is over

 

I used to grab an hour mid day when I could, may start doing that again, I seem to be quite nocturnal atm.

I usually sleep about 6-8 hours on weekdays then on weekends I tend to sleep in a bit more ranging from 7-9 hours. If I sleep too much then I just feel tired for the rest of the day

I'm a bit of a funny sleeper. If you put me on an average then around 8 hours a night. But it depends. Sometimes I only get 5 or 6 hours whereas other days I'll sleep in all day and get over 12 hours haha. It's probably not so good for my health but hey, it works for me
