hello. I got banned 2 years ago for maybe scamming I cant remember I would like to honestly start fresh. I lost all my runescape accounts and all I want to do is start fresh from everything I would love to be a part of the community again and I know I could contribute. its been 2 years and I think we could close one eye and if it would make you guys feel better you could even put me on probation I really don't want to fuck up I want to do better. can anything be done please
