Why did one of the mods delete a bad review on this thread?

Several customers show discontent and leave a bad review. Why did the mods delete the comments? It's not like it's slander. The customer had a bad experience shouldn't they be allowed to express them?

When people get upset with me, I talk to them instead of removing them from skype and they remove their comments by themselves. Mods shouldn't delete reviews..

 

Guy ordered 2 duo queues, guy failed one - that's exactly what the posted and now it's gone.

 

I believe negative reviews should remain, if there is proof of said review. If the booster and customer then reconcile and come to an agreement, the customer/booster should report it to be deleted. Just my opinion.

 

As Superman said, bad reviews are allowed if they are accompanied by proof. Otherwise (with the amount of dicks there are on Sythe) people would just put a bad review for someone they didn't like, so they lose sales.

Edit: It also depends on how they word it.

Sellerman is a stupid cunt, can't even level my character! (would probably have terrible grammar)
Is a bad, bad review.

A good bad review would be:
Sellerman failed to level my character. (something on those lines)

Of course both would need proof too.

 

i can say from personal exp superman has removed atleast 2 or 3 of my negative reviews, 1 of them being on his very guide he was selling ( and that was back when i was even on the OGV team)

 

Delta think you skipped this part, anything negative should be removed from the site, have fun and be douche but why try put others down, we are the ones encharge of the community and we either make it a place that can be a bit of fun and a bit of escape from the real world or we can be dicks and ruin it for others.

 

i think you missed the part about being on OGV when it was my job to review guides dipshit.

 

I deleted it because there wasn't any proof, and we don't allow accusations without proof.

 

I think it should be like eBay feedback system. Whatever the customer puts is final unless you want to dispute it up to a moderator, as well as deleting nay-sayers who havent bought the item.
