Phillba/Phillba1990 is a scammer.

Hello, i was just wanting to get clarification on what i was originally banned for on the account Phillba1990

as far as i recall, i legitimately have no access to the emails associated with the account and have zero idea what the account was actually banned for.

the only reason i made the account Phillba was because of forgetting i even previously had used this site, and i didnt know having multiple accounts was against the rules.

Since making the account Phillba i recently purchased gold and an account (which might i add was recovered or jagex locked it on suspicion of it being stolen, and the details i was given resulted in a denied recovery attempt)

i also have permission from -Ryan to make this account to post this dispute, and if i can get my other account back, i would like this account deleted.

 

Phillba1990 was banned for evasion per the report you posted above, I assume you mean Phill90 - the original account. If so:
Phill90 was originally banned for ban evasion - can't find a report since it was in 09.
