RSCharts - RSPS toplist - gain players - find the perfect RSPS for you

I've been working on a toplist project the past few weeks. I've been making quite some progress on it, but I still need some feedback on it. What features are missing? I need you guys to help me with that.

Newest update: yet another chart added to the statistics page for each of your servers

Fixed the width issue when resizing the window/using phone.

Also got the first bits of statistics page. Has out, in, and callback charts. Tomorrow, I will include a pie chart that shows where all your voting traffic comes from.

Fixed some minor bugs, and updated the callback system. It supports anyone using GTLVote now.
