How much security does your household have?

I mean, people like me love security and feeling secure in our own homes. I recently came across a video on Vine that displayed such feelings. I mean this guy... this guy is ridiculous. Look at how much he cares for his lawn. The gate absolutely surrounds the area and look at the god-damn chain he has on there. This guy should be a world wide security expert. Credit where it's due, this guy should protect the white house or something!

My dad is buff as fuck.. that's the only security we really have lmao.
I live in a really nice neighborhood, and the our new neighbours are always looking out for us, even when the mailman comes they always text my dad or something to say it happened.

I live on a 3rd floor flat, in a reasonably nice neighbourhood.

 

Where I live now I have essentially nothing but the lock on my door. When I'm at home we don't even lock our doors, our community is pretty safe.

 

My roommate is a police officer and I'm a firemen, between the both of us we split 11-hunting rifles, 8-shotguns, 4-handguns, and our two dogs. Our girlfriends spend the majority of the time at our place, regardless of our armory, we can just use our women to nag anyone who decide to break in.

I live in a tiny village in the asshole of Yorkshire, so theft isn't a major concern.. We have a keycode door on the main hostel door (code hasn't been changed in years.. #1234 is secure as fuck). Our staff door is never locked though, usually it's just left wide open whenever we go out.

Security is for the paranoid.

i have a full adt alarm system so tells when a door is open calls 9-1-1 during breakins stuf like that, and my old english bulldog guarding my house

 

We have a deadbolt for our door and locks on the windows.

 

All our windows/doors are locked and we deadbolt on our main door that we hardly use. During the day my house is unlocked the whole time.
