How should i get 99 Range?

Hey basically im 96 range right now, i have given 07 a break cause all of the cracker and phat bs is doing my head in..

I'm a lil confused with Rs3 lol, ive only got about 2m and im 83 def, and suggestions? shall i just go avansies?

 

Havn't actually "played" on rs3 just logged in a few times, other then avansies isn't chinning still a good method? wait nvm you only have 2m, hmm i think killin ogres is a good method too from when i remember playing and you can do pes control use the points to train range, not sure if that is better or worse then avansies.

Slayer is good, because LOTS of tasks revolve around ranging, also waterfiends! Excellent charm drop and amazing XP rate.

 

Rs3 sucks off course I had to be the douche bag.

 

hey guys, good good news!!!, i have started slaying again i played for 5 hours last night and you know what, i'm staying for good i love this eoc! i'm almost 84 slayer and 97 ranged woop

 

lol im glad someone actually gave eoc a chance and liked it.

I prefer pre-eoc, but still rs3>>>>>>>>>>old school

 

All you can do to gain GP is Slayer pretty much that's the only thing unless you decide to go to GWD if you have good gear already and you might be lucky.

 

yea man, seriously i am loving this man, and the players i am meeting have the same maturity as i do, when i played 07 rs i felt like nearly everybody was a child, or troll.

Earlier i got a sick slayer task which i thought was so refreshing, from Sumona she gave me a "special" task and it was to defeat one kalphite queen, i done it and got 15k slayer exp as a reward and 12 point's, tbh stuff like that is a great addition, and it helped me to get used to everything again, ie prayers, potting, food ect.. going to get 99 range then do herblore, im nearly 79, this is so cool!

 

anviensies until you hit 98. use the money you made off addy bars to chin up to 99.

With RS3 now, slayer tasks aren't all efficient to be meleed for instance.

That thread still applies, even though it says EoC, and there a lot of tasks that still can be done with ranged, so you shouldn't have a problem whatsoever getting a ton of xp.

 

Slayer as everyone else has suggesting or you can kill waterfiends. Waterfiends are probably faster and the charms gains is ridiculous especially with the imp to save yourself clicking and last I checked they were weak to range aswell.
