    I have a big butt/theighs and im a guy

    alright how do i get rid of a big butt/fat theighs? The rest of me is actually slim but my butt sticks out alot,Pants look awkward on me now and i always have to wear a sweater/Jacket when i go out in public or else Its very noticable. I know this might not seem deep but i need help on how to hide it or get rid of it.

    Don't be self concious about this. I am in a similar boat myself. I have really large thighs and butt and it makes things awkward to wear. I say embrace it and don't let that worry you too much. I find it attractive when a man has a but since my husband "lacks" one.

    But back OT: Have you tried Spanx? They are basically compression garments that women wear to control what their bodies look like. I would give that a try if you are just trying to hide it. My question to you is: Are your thigh and butt areas fatty or is it muscle?

    If you really want it to change, try squats, yeah. It should especially tighten up your thighs.

    Honestly, I've always had a butt on the bigger side for a guy of my size (quite small overall, just under average height and not bulky). My butt and my legs are huge because I bike and play soccer and don't lift, and I just own it. Girls have never seemed to mind, including my girlfriend of over two years now :p

    This, if its too big do some squats if it isnt defined do squats and or run. I got thick ass thighs but mine are muscular it can be a pain finding jeans that dont look like skinny jeans after a wash but whatever. Get your butt and legs toned up a little and let the shittalking rolloff you. Most dudes got chicken legs anyways. Running will help you lose any flab on yourbutt so i hear. Posture have a lot to do with it as well, stand up really strait in mirror and see what that does for it, working on posture is a good idea for everyone anyways as a person with good posture exudes confidence.

    I don't think allot of squats are his problem... Running + Skipping rope should help trim the thighs mate, highly recommend high intensity in short amount of time beats low intensity in long amount of time :)

    Agreed, a 3 minute mad sprint is better than a 15 minute "jog" AKA... fast walk.

    I think that my point has been covered by others. Honestly, your butt probably isn't as big as you think. You find fault in yourself before anyone else. If it's muscle, whatever. If it's fat, then you could exercise to thicken your thighs so that it is less awkward.

    Squats will cut and tone the fatty areas, high intensity would loose the weight.

    Both recommendations are correct and would work, together.

    Make sure this is not a posture problem on your end. Some bad posture habits and curving of the spine could cause this.
