175 cb accnt for 1 month membership

I'm looking to sell my brothers long time old account that is combat level 175. I would like to try to start playing 2007 scape and would like a very small price of a 10$ prepaid card for 1 month runescape membership. I will warn you that the account has almost nothing on it apart from a few rune items. It hasn't been played in well over a year. The reason i'm looking for such a small amount is simply because I do not ever plan to touch the account again and I don't want to go through a long process of trying to get any larger sum of money for the account. I wish to have a simple trade. I would like to recieve and test the prepaid code that you plan on trading for before I hand over account info.
