SELLING any steam gift game half price

What can you do to assure us that these aren't paid for with a stolen credit card or something? I'm confused how you can sell these at half price and still profit

 

what do you mean stolen credit cards? i can do this but the thing is limitted its for abaout 3 games because i got card which i need to clear because i cant take the cash out
