    How to get slim?

    Hi, how do I burn my love handles and can you guys teach me what to eat and then the schedules of exercise and things like that? I need help.

    Getting slim isn't like getting muscular. It's a couple of simple things.
    Burn more calories than you consume. In other words stop eating shit and start doing cardio.

    exercise more regularly doing cardio and a little bit of lifting

    for your diet make sure you run a caloric deficit (around 500 calories less than what you burn is good)

    I'd recommend finding out what your maintenance is (You can find a calculator online) and eating about 500 calories below that. No matter what, don't starve yourself as that will cause your body to go into "starvation mode" and will drastically decrease your metabolism.

    When people try to "slim down" they tend to avoid building muscle, which is a mistake. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body will burn.

    Do cardio daily, and replace all other drinks for water, almost everything else has unnecessary sugar.

    I've found dieting easy to get slim. All i need to do is eat less and only breakfast(If i'm lucky), snack, lunch and dinner.

    Run a lot, do a little strength. Mix it up.
    If your body limits you from running, use a bike, or a dreaded bike machine.
    Lots of cardio.

    What I found works better than anything, cut ALL soft drink out of your diet! Even juice, ONLY drink water and do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day, that's how I've been working out lately because I don't need muscle so I just work on keeping a good figure.

    Boom this ^ also you can't just target one area. Like you can't go to the gym and do this work out and just burn your love handles. So just stick to a strict diet and work out for atleast 45 mins a day with 2 rest days. When i say 45 mins i mean 45mins of working out. Rest periods and fucking around don't count

    This is completely wrong and misguided.

    @OP, first find out your bodytype (endo/meso etc).

    If you're serious about losing weight, and are wanting to commit to it, then go the full 9 yards.

    A Clean and healthy diet is the most important factor in losing weight. Cardio comes second, and high rep/low weight training third.

    Losing weight and maintaining a healthy and even so toned physique cannot be obtained without weight training. Girls have this misconception that if they lift weights, they will become this obscene looking unattractive figure. By this I mean, high reps and low weight training. All this helps tone and define your body, especially with girls.

    Well ok,to answer this more accurately,and very simple and stupid,YOU HAVE TO BURN MORE CALORIES THEN YOU EAT IN DAY,so it doesnt matter,you can eat 30 times,but you have to exercise 35 times to loose belly,got me? Theres no magic way,basic what you heard all your life is way to start,do running,pushups,play basketball ( very good! ) do whatever that makes you sweat to the maximum,this means it burns your calories,which is good ur loosing weight,about food,well what to say,dont eat after 9,eat imediatly after waking up,cus it boost ur metabolism and u burn food faster,eat every 3-4hours atleast any type of food in order your metabolism to be in working condition,DO NOT EAT CARBOHYDRATES AFTER 6 HOURS,WHICH IS,POTATOES,RICE,GRAIN AND WHATEVER OTHER SHIT WHICH HAS CARBS,eat salads,or meat with as much as less as possible calories.

    How is it wrong? I've been doing nothing different with my diet except cutting out soft drink and I've noticed a lot of difference. I'm talking from experience.

    In suppert of Chloe, I agree that if you tend to drink a lot of soda, that's the first thing you should avoid - TONS of empty calories that don't do anything but add onto those love handles.

    And if all you're looking for is to slim down without really caring about muscle right now, just focus completely on cardio exercise while running a calorie deficit

    Edit: @ Sellerman, I'm quite sure I'm both healthy and relatively toned, and I never really do any weight training.

    Cutting out sugar and fats is common knowledge in regards to losing weight. I'm not saying what you did is wrong, I'm saying simply just dropping soft-drinks from ones diet won't lead to a healthy being.
