Buying max / near max cape account $150-200

The title says it all. I'm not looking for anything in the account other than it being maxxed or closed to it. Items and such would be a plus but not a necessity. Going up to about $200 tops, negotiable.

Willing to pay first as long as you're trusted and have
vouches, otherwise, we will be using a middleman for whom I will pay need be.
