Selling Steam account. Worth $650 Selling starting at $375

The Steam account is worth $650 but I'm trying to sell it starting at $375. Buyout at $450. I normally wouldn't ever think of selling it but I need to raise money for books for school. I have no job or anything and I barely have anything left from Financial Aid so this is the only thing I could think of. There's no VAC bans or anything on it. I have a Bills Hat and Unusual Smoking Pyro beanie in the inventory.

I will send pictures if necessary.

I will NOT go first, even though I may be new here. I'm not taking any chances on shifty people. (No offense, not saying you are)

I use Paypal.

You are gettin 20$ out of that, maximum, sorry to say.

Not worth nearly as much as you're asking for

Those are two very contradictory statements, paypal is ridiculously unsafe. You might want to find another payment method if you are worried about scammers.
