New Replica Beats

Hey all
If you do or don't know me, I was the first one on Sythe to start selling replica beats. I took a break at the start of junior year and during that time I got hacked by oogabooga twice. I have no idea why... Anyhow, my thread got locked, I think I could get it unlocked but now I'm thinking.. why not start a new thread selling new stuff? New studios have been released along with the earbuds I believe, I have checked my sources and I have not seen any replicas of them out yet, but I think they will be very soon. Since these will be the newest release of replicas they might be quite expensive, so I am not sure how long I will wait to order them.
So, this is a poll to see find out if people would like me to start selling replica beats again.

depends on price for me honestly. I'm more of an impulse buyer so if the deal is good then I strike on it.

 

Overrated imo.

 

I feel the same way, if I'm going to spend the money they're going to be authentic.

 

Meh can they go as loud as normal ones? Do they break easily?

i've sold like 20 pairs of earbuds and 5 solos and 5 studios
most of them the first thing they asked me is if they look authentic, which they do, and they didn't really care about sound quality - which is almost like the real thing but obv not as good- thanks for the input

 

I wouldn't be interested, the originals aren't even that great of headphones and I'm sure the sound quality on replicas are even worse. Unless you really just want to have what everyone else has then I don't see a reason to go with them(unless they were very cheap I suppose).

 

Would never spend money on rip offs. You don't buy headphones for the way they look, you buy for the quality. And rip off versions are made as cheap as possible, so the quality wouldn't be half that of the authentic's. Even then, the authentic's are crap, mainstream and well over priced.

 

I buy headphones for quality not for what they look like. I am sure some users feel differently.

 

You were the reason I joined Sythe. I googled for replica beats by dre and I found you. Obviously you didn't ship outside the U.S so I couldn't buy them from you, but I feel like you would still have success on selling these. It still all depends on the price for me. So I'll vote for that.

 

you'd be surprised how many people want them purely for the look... i'd rather shell out and get headphones that don't suck.

 

I don't use headphones that often and even then I use some $15 ones that I got down from $60. Not too much of a difference in sound quality in my opinion and with them being so much cheaper...

For the price you pay for the real Beats headphones - you can get something better or of equal quality for a lower price.

The headphones aren't bad at all in my opinion but if you mind the price + what you get - that's where I decide to say no.

As for replica Beats... I mean even if it looked like the real thing and had similar sound quality (which I doubt) - I wouldn't want to buy them. There's a sense of 'security' when you buy an official product and there clearly won't be any when you buy a replica.

Just for the sake of knowing though - are these replicas 'good' ? Do they sound like good headphones or just your on the wall Radioshack headphone?

 

Wearing beats by dre just makes you look like a tool. I dread to think of how awful the sound quality of these fakes are.

 

The real beats are bad already, why would you want fakes that probably sound worse? Probably sound worse, we hope.

I own a pair of Logitech UE 9000's. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are a nice solid premium bluetooth headphone. You may laugh at the idea of wireless headphones and the lackluster audio you think they may output, but... give them a shot. My roommate owns Parrot Ziks. While the UE 9000 isn't as featured packed, it has a much more clean/sharp audio range, and... battery life is wayyy better.

 

To me it seems like more of a fashion item that it is anything else. I wouldn't pay more than $50 for a headset personally.

 

Honestly, the price and the good sound quality comparison to the real deal determine the final decision for me. I'm actually in the market for some Beats right now and I've been saving my money as I want to purchase Beats Pros. I debated the newer version of the Studios, but decided that I may as well spend the extra cash. Pretty good timing for you to bring this up though because if you're selling Beats Studios replicas and they're pretty good and have the right price tag, I'd probably take a look into that direction before buying anything. I voted yes.
