Suspicion of a scammer

Hey there so I was talking to this user named david829 he wanted to sell a dead frontier account for 650$ and used his Skype to chat with me about it and I told him I only have 337$ and he said ok let him know when I have the rest and an hour later he uses the same Skype saying that was his friend selling that account and he could do for 300$ but Im in suspicion of a scammer because how could a friend be on that Skype when his information is in profile here's evidence:

Yes surely before it was about the account he had creds for sale also

I can't really do anything with this i'm afraid. His friend could have accepted the 300 for all I know. Thanks for taking the time to post anyway.
