fastest combat xp in 07?

is ape atoll the fastest combat xp in 07? or is there something faster?

looking to get 87-90+ str as fast as possible

Ape Atoll depends on your attack level for exp. I find 80+ or even 90+ is needed for best exp rates. I'm not great with high level exp rates though. Considered doing it with slayer?

 

unfortunately, im not a big fan of doing anything in 07scape other then pking lol so I want the fastest way possible, Ive been training with piet/pro melee at bandits and ape atoll and finding that they are almost the same xp (atleast for me). Has anyone tried training with dh? at tzhaar or ape atoll?

 

Dharoks can be good at Ape Atoll. Got to concentrate a bit more, with the low HP, but at 70/99/70 I've had some good training there. Higher attack is again a great help with Dharoks at Ape Atoll.

 

I've always done ape atoll, use dharoks and keep your hp low.

 

I would choose spiders in stroghold + you can do AFK'ing

 

I would recommend bandits or as mentioned already ape atoll with dharoks.

 

bandits sucks, spiders are better xp ( well its almost same , a bit higher ) bring full g there too) fastest is ape zombie monkeys or skeletons with pray pots ( piety ,salve , full str gear prot melee ) I've heard with maxed stats you can do 140-160k xp/h there at most on att.

 

Bandits don't suck. I completely afk them lol. getting 65k exp an hr.

 

What's a good spot for me? I'm 60 atk 70 str 1 def 25 pray?

 

My only advice would be bandits, for fast AFK XP, you can't go wrong. Although it is an expensive spot to train, it's well worth it. It's practically botting when you're training there, I usually watch videos on youtube whilst switching to RS and potting when needed.

 

Bandits seem to be the best exp for me wile afking doing least work as possible.

 

Ape Atoll Skeletons is fastest, you can easily get +120k/h Combat xp.

 

Bandit's are the best you can do you gain so much exp per hour and you'll have your stats in no time I personally got 80 Str on my pure in like a few days from 60.

Bandit's and ape atoll are not the same....IF you use a SALVE AMULET (E) very surprised no one has mentioned this. Ape atoll skeles are pointless without it... and make sure you do the mini game to get it enchanted.... that + super set + piety and whip+firecape+zerker ring+niez helm+defender+ ive gotten 95K/hr attack/def xp, str Ive reached 85k+ .....Never been able to reached those rates with bandits even though ive only been there like 3 times. Id do ape atoll man personally. been here 9+ hrs a day past 3 days. Also with all the running around (even with lunars) slayer is alot slower then this method

 

This.. However, I prefer bandits as AFKing them while watching some TV or something is easy. I still get around 70k/hr at bandits with next to no attention. I highly also recommend D2h with either of the methods, it increases the XP rates by about 5k-10k/hr if you're consistently using it to spec.
