    So is first hit in OSRS now completely randomized?!? One guy said that priority gets player who's logged in longer, but not sure, if someone has info please share.

    PID in 07 is determined by your IP. The third digit in the IP should be dividable by 8 and the last digit should be 1 or lower.

    100% sure they changed PID and all that.
    It's now randomized and not IP based.
    It was stated in an official news update at http://oldschool.runescape.com/ but I can't seem to find it anymore (not sure how to find the old news).
