$5 Donation

People said to PM Matthew, so that's what I did. He didn't respond or anything, I still don't have my rank and it's 4 days now? I would like an answer please.

 

It takes some time. Matthew is busy and will answer you when he becomes available.

I understand the wait may be longer than desired, but stay patient and it should be added soon.

Well he was wrong, you've made 2 threads now about this and also making more threads aren't going to solve your problem you have to wait. Dave was wrong but usually it takes 2 days from what I'm hearing but you have to be more patient Matthew is busy, he'll process it once hes finished from being busy. I think your answer is answered now.

 

It should only take 24 hours. Dave probably put the donation in later on that day or the next day that could be prolonging the process check with Dave see whenever he actually applied the donation. Did you receive the PM from Matthew about the donation being deposited.

 

I only made another thread because my first one was locked even though it wasn't really solved yet. Matthew hasn't even replied to my PM that I've sent him. The last time I asked Dave about it, he ignores me. I have no response and it's been 4 days now. Also you mean your Question* is answered now? It's not, I haven't been answered.

 

In my Donation Summary, the log date time was: Log Date/Time: 8/27/2013 1:50 AM, but I received that PM on 08-26-13, 05:50 PM. We are in different time zones. No I did not receive a PM from Matthew, but I've PMed Matthew about it, no response for now.

 

That's weird ask Dave he is online right now.

 

He's not on Skype for me.

 

Then you will possible just have to wait it out. Wait till Matthew pm's you back or wait for Dave to PM you or Skype you. Its all a matter of time im sure you will not be waiting to long. Give it another day or a couple of hours at the most.

 

Just be patient. I remember my donation taking 5 days to process.

 

But the worst part is that Dave told me it will be 24 hours.

 

You don't need to make a thread every few days, the answer's still the same. The staff can't be on call 24/7, you'll get it when Matthew's online.
