I have actually have stopped fapping for over a month now
i think i quit july 12 and havent masterbated even once, I dont plan on masterbating ever again I guess I'll so how much I can go

Does masturbation actually cause acne or does it only reduce the chances of outbreaks when you stop? I don't understand this.

 

I have had a lot more energy and have had a lot more time on my hands and life is more enjoyable less shame more motivated/ confident

 

Yes, it does cause acne. Jerkin' boosts your testosterone levels which causes an increase in acne.

 

That makes sense. Not sure if its "placebo" but i think i may be clearing up a bit. It was never serious but clearer skin is always better. Only been what 3-4 days but i think i feel a little more energetic idk though. Im feeling more inclined to participate in things i usually would not. I guess you could call me a "no" man if you've ever seen the movie "yes man" with jim Carey.

 

Large consumptions of water, low sugar intake and no-less jerkin' is a natural acne solution.

 

All i drink is water. Also green tea apparently helps. I drink that on occasion.

Not that I've ever been a chronic fapper but fapping is just the same as anything else. It's a habit and can be broken with time.

Yeah. I wouldn't say I've been a saint with my diet but it isn't bad, I typically get the recommended intake of 5 fruit/veg though. I've never had a problem with acne except for if I binge then I'll get an occasional pimple. A lot of it has to do with genetics though too.

When i was 18 i had it pretty bad, when i turned 19 all of my sisters convinced me to go tanning, claiming it would reduce my acne so i tried it and within 2-3 months of tanning it nearly cleared my skin and it's been great so far (excluding the occasional bump).

No - less jack'n = nearly any acne

Actually tbh for no acne I reckon just eat healthy and lots of water. I'm 18 and never had more then 2 pimples on my face. (100% srs)

Anyway been a few days of no fapping and it's been relatively easy to deal with. Although I don't feel any different.
