Buying good OSRS Account for EOC/OSRS GP or WU

Looking for either a good main or a zerker. It must be quested with barrows gloves and should have around the following stats (zerker): 60-70 Attack, 90-99 Strength, 45 Defence, 90+ Range and 94 Magic. If youre looking to sell a main I'd appreciate these stats: 70-99 Attack, 90-99 Strength, 70-99 defence, 80+ Range, 94 Magic. Any other good stats would be appreciated too, and would probably make me pay a higher price too. IMPORTANT: Im looking for someone very trusted so I can make sure that the account wont be recovered. Also: Im looking to pay either WU or OSRS/EOC Gp. I dont have PayPal. My Budget is anything up to $250. Obviously the stats and the level of trust decides how much I'll pay.
