Skype proof, is it really that reliable?

i would support a custom chat also, if its possible but i think then you have to post it at suggestions.

But someone who's good with photoshop could do this easily yes.. Hell I could photoshop n4n0 scamming me for 100 phats and provide all proofs including conversations, runescape name etc etc... And it would look legit.

Nothing is 100%, you'll find that most of the people that can do that are mature, have their own business and generally don't need or want to scam.
Seeing as most trades are first initiated on Sythe we can gather posts/PM's etc and see if a trade happened (as well as terrible paint skills like yours ).
