I have a question

If someone I've traded with disputes payment on paypal, even if I win the dispute, can I get my account back and re-sell it again on here? I'm trying to get my account back from microsoft and i'm just wondering if it'll be considered scamming/selling an already sold account on here.

 

Although they might have tried to dispute the payment, it is still not right for you to recover the said account and re sell it again. I personally believe, from my recollection, this would still be considered scamming. As bad as it is, but you're still neutral and so is the other person.

 

If dispute was opened against you for account, that meant someone wanted to steal account from you. Personally, I'd count it as chargeback regardless on result and recovered account. I dont see why wouldn't you show scammer how does scammed person feels. For sure ask any of Sythe mods about it, so you wont get into trouble in report a scammer section, also if dispute on paypal is opened against you, you should report it immadiately

Yeah, that was my thought process behind it. If someone was going to get their $100 back i'm going to try to get my account back regardless if you I won the dispute or not. Also, I was going to to make a scammer thread but the guy didn't message me his skype on here so it would have gotten denied anyway.

 

Before doing anything of the sort, I would be getting into contact with a moderator on the website to confirm what you're going to do doesn't violate the Sythe.org official rules.

 

Apparently "Counter-Scamming" is not allowed on sythe. :'(

 

Indeed it is not, so if you won the dispute, then you cannot take the account back as well.

 

If you win the dispute, you shouldn't take the account. If you lose the dispute, feel free to recover the account & re-sell it.

To reiterate: Counter-scamming is allowed if you take something back from someone who stole it from you. You cannot scam someone in return for scamming you.

So yes, you can take the account back if you lose the dispute. So I'd advise that you just take the account back rather than go through the hassle of disputing.
