Hey guys,

Yesterday I've paid Dave in RSGP and gotten my PM saying I payed and everything and it's being processed. I asked when I should get my perk and everything and he said in a day. It has been a day now and I haven't gotten it yet. I was just wondering what is happening? Is it still being processed or what?

There you can look through your perks, add your $5 donor rank etc.

I've already been there. I clicked on Perks > Your Perks, and it says I'm not a donor but I have a PM from Dave and it said I paid. Also, I tried asking Dave and he responded but then stopped talking. So I'm trying to get an answer.

 

Hmm. It could be waiting for Matthew's approval since it was submitted by a bond holder. This has got me curious though and we will wait to see what he says.

 

Message Matthew if it's not resolved within a few hours. On occasion it may need to be manually added to your account.

 

It's probably still pending. Give it a couple days.

 

Just be patient, for some it's automatic and for others it has to be manually applied to your account. My donation took roughly 3 days to appear, give or take. I ended up dropping Matthew a PM with regards to it, and he went ahead and applied it to my account. Don't fret, you'll receive the perks in good time.
