omg i cant believe this worked 2nd time 200 bucks plus

i Just witnessed sum1 lose their dfs. This is the second largest scam ive witnessed in 3 days. First was 3a melee top n bottom. They used my friend in cammy tele there scam. i personally lost guthans and zammy page set myself. Gf the kid who just lost dfs. not to mention 3a kid. Dr sir swags and ticklemybutt r monsters

 

if ur talking about where they tell you to show them your offer then they say meet their main in lumby and they put up a lumby tab and a varrock tab. I lost 29M to this, was multi logged training my main and buying chins on my pure and high, gg lmao

 

thats exactly what happened... i was in amazement, i watched so far 3a melee top n bottom, dfs and my guthans and zammy page set. So far be lost to this scam. the guthans and zammy page set was mine approximately 14m at the time. dr sir swags and ticklemybutt r the ones who did it.

 

What was the scam? Context helps.

 

say ur selling something. They trade u, u put item up. they engage u in convo. they say theyl pay u more then ur asking. U sau great. They tell u to meet their friend in cammy. Give u tab..... sometimes ur not paying attention n forget ur item is still in trade. Hit accept and boom.... gone. Ive seen people tele both times.

 

This is the kind of scam you need an IQ of 20 or less to fall for, no worries.

 

This is pretty funny, to be honest though you'd need to be extremely tired or high or really stupid to fall for it.

 

yeah well thats the thing. If youve been merching for 6hrs rip the bong n not paying attention watching t.v. it does happen. They make usually 20m a day doing it. Ive asked em see them everyday at it.

 

dude, that's so heavy. I've yet to see a scam like this take place, I've only ever really seen the quick removal scam. Who would have thought that would even work, you'd have to be so blazed to not notice what you're actually doing haha

 

This is almost as sneaky as the scam where person A tells person B to drop all their stuff at the same time as person A and person A gives person B a few things including a tele tab and tells person B to give them back and right when they're about to add in the tele tab person A closes the trade and they teleport leaving their things on the ground to be picked up.

At least that's how I think it works...

 

this gets tried on me nearly everytime i go to world 1 i just remove the items and accept the trade to troll them

 

whoever invented this scam must be pretty smart.

Remember when those guys tried to trick me into trading my dfs for a slayer staff when 07scape first came out lol? I woulda fallen for it too if I hadn't ran into you back then.

 

I remember falling for this back when 07 scape was the live game. I got so pissed because I lost my Rune Set (g) in this same type of scam.

 

How people even fall for this, I will never understand. You literally need to be belligerent to what's going on, and even then, be blind.

 

Wait, so you give them the item and teleport to their friend? Or when you teleport does it automatically accept trade?

Anyone that falls for this doesn't deserve the money they got scammed out of. This is probably the stupidest scam I've heard of yet...

 

don't be that naive ppl, always think about it when they say "i will give you more" nobody have free stuff
