I'd say the account itself isn't worth much at all - it doesn't have anything notable about it whatsoever. Maybe $40 plus $35-45 for the bank

 

I would say this account without the bank is worth about 300m eoc max. It has fairly good skills that are mid -high level split evenly around many different skills. I can't notice any particular high or very high level skill so I can't really add much more value to it. Eoc side is pretty good but from what I have heard is that training combat is much easier on eoc so those combat levels I wouldn't value as much as they were before eoc
