[BUYING] Level 4, 9hp account with Scythe or Bunny Ears

Highly interested in this account. The absolute criteria it must fit:

1. Level 4
2. 9HP
3. Scythe or Bunny Ears, both is a bonus.

I don't care about name, other holiday items, misc. stats, etc. If it doesn't fit all 3 of the above requirements, I'm not interested.

EDIT: MAY CONSIDER ACCOUNT ABOVE LEVEL 4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS STAND.

I have a very large price range, but we can work out a price based on the account. I'll go first if I trust you. If not, we can use a MM that we agree on. If interested, I have an account I'd be willing to trade for this (along with RSGP) that has both scythe and bunny ears. It's not 9hp and has combat stats.

Only paying in RSGP, either RS3 or 07. Your choice.
