You can buy them via usb jtag but they're shit.

 

From my recollection, from when I used to soft mod xbox's etc, this was never possible for CoD. Although it might be different now.

 

They do now, they're just awful.

They're intended for pc not consoles, having one would be near worthless.

They're shit in general for consoles. The intelligence nor software is nearly as up-to-date as a pc which essentially makes it worthless.

Aimbots for the pc basically play for you, giving you precision and performance. Attempting to put that on a console, you get a character trying to run through walls.

An aimbot would not serve this purpose but instead frustrate you.

You could find a laser lobby (if people still host them). It would add a laser to your sight so you can have an idea where the center of the crosshair is at.

Unfortunately, there's nothing to help you on console next to pure skill.

I'm a donor, i just choose not to equip the rank as the image for $50+ is disgusting looking. Everything i sell is directly donated to sythe, once I've reached $100+ I'll make it visible since those are tolerable.
