Worth a shot, going down from up to 16 times a day is going to be hard. I don't even fap to porn either but the next few weeks/days are going to be hard.

This is something i've thought about a lot recently... The worst thing for me is the lack of motivation, it really does make you far more lazy! Perhaps i should give this a go!

Day 2 for me now: Woke up and felt like fapping but didn't. Previously I've gone longer than 2 days without fapping but I think since this is more of a conscious decision to give it up my sub conscious is rebelling or some chit like that.

I also would like to input, one time in 9th grade I went two straight weeks without beating off. Pretty big accomplishment considering I had been masturbating essentially everyday or second day since 6 or 7th grade.
