Triforce rework is live

First change is the phage changed to grant move speed instead of slow which helps champs like Quinn/Vayne who stick to enemy targets.

Second change as phage was changed Triforce is now ~200 gold cheaper.

Third change we see spellblade turned into 200% from 150% which is a 30% increase in the next auto making the item much deadlier.



I have been building it on Shyvana and Vayne but I think it would also work good on Quinn.


When I play Vayne with BotRK & Triforce I feel like its just too good on her she can escape and chase down anyone.

 

This thing will work wonders on Kayle the next time I decide to Rift on her.

You lose out some damage and she has good chasing potential already imo, don't think vayne needs it.

 

Ye vayne does not need it but Kayle its a ++

 

Vayne gains huge damage from it mid game due to her short cd Tumble and the utility it adds is just amazing.

Kayle is iffy on it I find Nashers & Botrk much more important she would need Triforce like 4th item for it to be great.

On Vayne I Get BotRK - Triforce or Shiv then the other she gets a huge benafit form each piece of trifroce while kayle only gets a big boost from the phage.

 

I completely disagree with ever building a trinity force on Vayne. Please reconsider this heinous decision, kind sir.

I really like it on Udyr as his one damage item.

 

Hmm I've never actually built a BotRK on Kayle... normally I don't have problems taking down people, even tanks, by the time I'd build one, though. I might try one out. I haven't done Rift in so long... I normally did Nashor + Guinsoo then Trinity then Hextech at the end -shrug-

 

Diamond 1 Theorycrafter here. Trust me its similar to the way Blue Ez worked before it got nerfed to shit.

Q CD is fairly short with Blue buff with just a Triforce, Shiv, BotRK you can kill nearly any opponent in 1-3 seconds. You can join poke fights and they cannot engage on you.

Triforce gives Vayne what she wants 200% Dam on hit with short cd (200ish at lvl 18), Movement speed, AD, Speed, Crit,more movespeed on hit.



Red buff Shyvana Jungle with triforce is scarry coming down mid at you also. Smite minion while coming and get super movespeed.

 

I'm Diamond 2/Diamond 5 right now with substantial time spent in Challenger and Diamond 1 on multiple accounts. I've always hated blue Ezreal, and I still completely disagree with you about Vayne with Trinity Force. You can get a Phantom Dancer for higher DPS spikes, higher attack speed, and better move speed that's not conditional - and it costs substantially less.

We'll probably just have to agree to disagree on this one

 

Just tried it in a game from seeing this thread, it's alright but it's extremely inconsistent, if your a good ADC, you should be able to kite easy regardless and your passive should be enough to chase, but its pretty funny I must add, add a gauntlet for more lols. But in all seriousness, there are better items ie. PD and IE

 

I build it only when fed/ahead.

 

Tried it, wasn't a fan. If I was to play normal games then I'd prob give it another go just for the lols, but doubtful in ranked.

 

I've recently played a game with Vayne. Tried the BOTRK and Triforce and worked wonders! I like the Triforce passive with Vayne.

 

IMO I preferred old passive of Trinity Force. Percentage slow was much better if you were chasing enemies but if during tf new passive might be better. We'll see, maybe people will start buying this.

 

It is mathmaticaly better on Vayne then phantom dancer/Shiv.


Not only is it 200 damage every nearly other atk with good speed + crit but the movespeed on Vayne is just incredible.


Whenever I get it I am just ungankable I can splitpush bot while top split push and anyone comes down I can escape or kill them.


Vayne is already OP with Botrk but with that & Triforce its just bullshit.

 

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Corki to use the Trinity Force.

It is viable on him in my opinion. Not only for extra damage with his phos bomb, but spamming his ult and getting an auto-attack off will add some extra damage (from sheen proc passive).

I don't think this would work well with Vayne, but that's just my two cents. It's an unnecessary item for her to build unless you're bad at abusing her stealth. I'm not sure about Quinn, however, as I have not yet had the chance to play this champion.

 

Every single Tumble will proc the triforce for ~240 Bonus damage triforce bonus (Not counting the crit + ad + speed from the triforce or tumble damage)

Tumble is 2 seconds CD Triforce is 2 second CD

The movespeed bonus is just amazing you can start 1v5 poke fights and just do anything.

Botrk + Triforce and when the other team has little CC I often get a Frozen mallet (Its for tankiness and utility) third otherwise Zephry/QSS
